Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture. In this vital role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and process improvement. Your expertise will help us attract top talent, streamline HR processes using industry-leading systems, and ensure compliance with employment standards.

Duties

- Lead talent acquisition efforts by developing effective recruiting strategies and managing HR sourcing.
- Oversee employee relations initiatives to promote a positive work setting and resolve workplace issues promptly.
- Manage HR programs related to training & development, onboarding, and performance management to enhance employee engagement and growth.




- Implement change management strategies to support organizational growth and process improvements across departments.
- Facilitate effective communication across all levels of the organization through presentations, meetings, and training sessions.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management with strong supervisory skills.
- Extensive knowledge of recruiting techniques including HR sourcing and interviewing best practices.
- Strong data analysis skills for interpreting HR metrics and driving process improvements.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to foster employee relations and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Demonstrated experience in change management and program management within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in payroll processing and compliance activities.
