Your expertise will ensure that The Link complies with employment standards while promoting a culture of inclusion and support for the community. Participate actively in HR projects to enhance the organization's impact. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide HR coaching to address employment standards
- Manage the complete performance management cycle
- Collaborate on developing position descriptions
- Coordinate compliance training and initiatives
- Research HR trends and prepare reports Requirements:
- Degree in HR or related field, CPHR preferred
- 3 to 5 years of HR experience in a non-profit setting
- Knowledge of collective agreements and HR operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
