We are expanding our field team and looking for a reliable, skilled 313D Licensed Residential Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic to lead residential installations, maintenance, and service calls.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Install, commission, service, and repair of residential air conditioning systems, central/ducted heat pumps, and mini-splits.
- Perform pre-installation site walkthroughs, ductwork tie-ins, refrigerant charging, and electrical wiring in accordance with local codes.
- Conduct annual preventative maintenance and diagnostic troubleshooting on residential cooling systems.
- Safely handle, recover, and charge refrigerants following environmental standards.
- Educate homeowners on equipment operation, thermostats, and recommended maintenance.




- Complete daily job reports, photo documentation, and sign-offs accurately following company guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and ensure all safety standards are met on site.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

- License Requirement: Must possess a valid 313D Residential Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic license (or 313A Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic license).
- Gas License (Asset): G2 or G3.
- Driver’s License: Valid Driver’s License
- ODP Card: Valid Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP) certification.
- Customer Service: Punctual, solid problem-solving skills, and a professional, respectful customer-facing demeanor.
