Position Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled HVAC & Refrigeration Technicians to join the Frontier team. This role involves a mix of service and project work, requiring strong technical ability, communication skills, and a commitment to safety and efficiency. Level 3 required minimum

Job Responsibilities

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and Refrigeration systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and respond to service calls in a timely manner
- Follow all company and industry safety standards and procedures
- Maintain professional and effective communication with clients and team members, both verbally and in writing for service reports and invoice details.
- Collaborate on projects and jobsites to meet deadlines while supporting and training apprentices
- Work efficiently to deliver prompt,



high-quality service and repairs
- Use company-issued mobile devices and digital platforms to complete work orders, reports, and safety documentation with great detail.

Requirements

- Journeyman HVAC certification (3rd level or higher considered)
- A or B Gas Ticket
- Valid driver’s license
- Criminal record check (Our facilities require it)
- Robust work ethic & reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in both service and project environments
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
