We are seeking a dynamic and skilled HVAC Technician to join our team and ensure the optimal performance of hise rise appartment building heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across various facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC equipment to guarantee a comfortable and safe environment. Responsibilities

- Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, ventilation units, and related equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as filter replacements, system calibrations, and cleaning to ensure efficiency.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and mechanical drawings to accurately diagnose issues.
- Conduct plumbing and appliance repairs as needed to support HVAC system functionality.
- Utilize welding skills for component repairs or modifications when required.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and system performance logs.




- Collaborate with construction teams during recent installations or upgrades to ensure compliance with safety standards and specifications.

Requirements

- Proven experience as an HVAC technician or mechanic with a strong mechanical knowledge base.
- Familiarity with plumbing systems, welding techniques, boiler operation, and appliance repair.
- Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately.
- Construction experience or background working in building maintenance is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems including installation, troubleshooting, and repair procedures.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid certifications in HVAC technology; additional certifications in plumbing or welding are a plus.
