ICI Sales and Specifications Representative

We are looking for an Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) Sales and Specifications Representative for the Central Ontario: Durham, Peterborough, Greater Toronto Area.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will:

- Develop and execute a territory sales plan focused on revenue, market penetration and recent accounts.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead identification through quotation, negotiation and order conversion.
- Conduct regular field visits with general contractors, civil contractors and infrastructure specialists.
- Build strong commercial relationships with distributors, wholesalers and distribution centres.
- Present Soleno solutions and communicate commercial and technical value.
- Support product selection, project requirements, quotations and approved alternatives.
- Provide technical information,



samples and application support.
- Develop relationships with engineers, architects, municipalities and other specifiers.

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in civil engineering, civil engineering technology, construction management, business or a related field (preferred).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in technical sales, construction materials or infrastructure.
- Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of construction, tendering and distribution channels (preferred).
- Ability to translate technical information into customer value.
- Strong organization, autonomy, accountability and results orientation.
- Excellent communication, presentation and follow-up.
- Must be comfortable with frequent travel throughout the territory.
- Valid driver’s licence.
