ICI Sales and Specifications Representative

We are looking for an Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) Sales and Specifications Representative for the Eastern Ontario, Ottawa Valley, Cornwall to Peterborough and Northern Ontario regions.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will:

- Develop and execute a territory sales plan focused on revenue, market penetration and new accounts.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead identification through quotation, negotiation and order conversion.
- Conduct regular field visits with general contractors, civil contractors and infrastructure specialists.
- Build strong commercial relationships with distributors, wholesalers and distribution centres.
- Present Soleno solutions and communicate commercial and technical value.
- Support product selection, project requirements, quotations and approved alternatives.
- Provide technical information, samples and application support.
- Develop relationships with engineers, architects,



municipalities and other specifiers.

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in civil engineering, civil engineering technology, construction management, business or a related field (preferred).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in technical sales, construction materials or infrastructure.
- Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of construction, tendering and distribution channels (preferred).
- Ability to translate technical information into customer value.
- Strong organization, autonomy, accountability and results orientation.
- Excellent communication, presentation and follow-up.
- Must be comfortable with frequent travel throughout the territory.
- Valid driver’s licence.
