Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated IELTS Online Instructors to join our dynamic team. This role involves delivering high-quality, engaging online lessons to students preparing for the IELTS exam. The ideal candidate will possess strong teaching skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping students achieve their language goals. This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on learners worldwide.

Duties

- Conduct interactive online IELTS preparation classes tailored to individual student needs
- Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans covering all IELTS components, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their performance and progress
- Monitor student engagement and adapt teaching strategies accordingly
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress reports
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence
- Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam formats and teaching methodologies to ensure effective instruction

Experience

- Native-level English proficiency,



with at least one year of prior experience in tutoring or teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) is mandatory
- Classroom experience or online teaching experience is a must
- Solid writing skills to assist students with essay and report writing tasks
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and patiently
- Passion for education and helping students succeed in achieving their language proficiency goals
