We are looking for an Implementation Service Specialist for an 18 months contract with high possibility of extension. Role is fully remote.

This person will play a key role in getting client solutions up and running—from preparing data and configuring systems to testing, troubleshooting, and supporting the client through implementation.

You’ll work in a hands-on workplace where you’ll need to be comfortable working with data, learning new systems, solving problems, and communicating with both technical and business teams.

What You'll Be Doing

- Take ownership of implementation activities from initial setup through testing and delivery.
- Prepare and organize project data, files, environments, and system configurations based on client and project requirements.
- Work with SQL and Excel to review, transform, validate, and troubleshoot data.
- Test system outputs and data to make sure they align with requirements and expected results.
- Investigate issues, identify the root cause, and work with developers or other teams to get them resolved.
- Maintain clear documentation around configurations, testing, requirements, and implementation decisions.
- Work directly with project managers, developers, and clients to clarify requirements and keep projects moving.
- Provide regular updates on progress, issues, risks, and upcoming deliverables.
- Analyze system and usage data to identify opportunities to improve implementation processes.
- Look for ways to make existing workflows, tools, and procedures more efficient.
- Manage multiple assignments at once while keeping track of deadlines, priorities, and project scope.




- Become a subject-matter resource on the company's proprietary systems and implementation processes.

What We're Looking For

Must Have:

- 2–3 years of experience in data management, analytics, software/system implementation, or a similar role.
- Strong Excel skills, including the ability to work with and manipulate large or complex datasets.
- Solid SQL experience.
- Experience with data transformation, validation, and quality testing.
- Experience working with analytics or system-usage data.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to translate requirements into practical implementation and testing activities.
- Strong attention to detail—you'll be working with data and configurations where accuracy matters.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong client-service mindset.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and take ownership without needing constant direction.
- Ability to consistently deliver work within deadlines and agreed project scope.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and proprietary systems.

Nice to Have:

- Experience in employee benefits, pension, or related financial/administrative systems.
- Previous experience in a client-facing implementation or software delivery environment.
- Experience using data or reporting to identify and improve operational processes.
