We’re looking for an experienced, licensed Hair Colourist with an established clientele who is ready to grow independently within a beautifully curated luxury beauty space.

This is an opportunity for a stylist who already has a loyal client base and wants the freedom of independent work, without the responsibility of building a salon from scratch.

THE OPPORTUNITY

- Work from an established luxury beauty brand in Burlington Bring and grow your own clientele Operate independently within the SKIN & ROUGE BY MK environment Access to a professional salon space, established brand presence and client experience Potential to operate under the studio’s business licensing and insurance framework, subject to applicable requirements and approval.
- Flexible schedule designed around your clientele Opportunity to collaborate with our bridal, beauty and aesthetics clientele
- A polished, premium environment built for content creation and social media visibility

WE’RE LOOKING FOR An experienced colourist who is:




- Ontario-licensed / authorized to practise hairstyling Confident in colour formulation, blonding, highlights, balayage and colour corrections Experienced with an existing clientele Professional, reliable and client-focused Passionate about creating beautiful, healthy hair Social-media savvy and comfortable creating content Entrepreneurial and motivated to grow their personal brand

THE RIGHT FIT You’re not looking for a traditional salon job.

You’re an independent stylist who wants qualified infrastructure, a luxury environment and a beautiful place to build your business; while maintaining ownership of your clientele and personal brand.
