Duties

- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of water treatment equipment, including chemical dosing systems, filtration units, and pumps.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to water chemistry, equipment malfunctions, and control systems using schematics and analysis skills.
- Operate programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to monitor and adjust water treatment processes for optimal performance.
- Use CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to document work orders, maintenance activities, and system data accurately.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize water treatment processes, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and safety protocols.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, repairs, chemical usage, and system performance for continuous improvement and reporting purposes.




- Support emergency response procedures by identifying potential hazards and implementing corrective actions swiftly.
- Stay current on industry best practices in HVAC systems, boiler operation, and industrial maintenance to enhance service quality.

Qualifications

- Proven experience with industrial maintenance in manufacturing environments or water treatment facilities.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience in low voltage systems.
- Familiarity with schematics, control systems (including PLCs), and CMMS software is highly desirable.
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems, boiler operations,
- Excellent analysis skills for troubleshooting complex issues efficiently.
- Effective communication skills in English to interact confidently with team members and clients.
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics accurately while following safety procedures diligently.
- Prior experience working with chemical dosing systems or water chemistry is mandatory.
