About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to operational performance, efficiency, and resource utilization.
- Develop, validate, and implement simulation models to test process changes and predict their impact.
- Utilize statistical software and techniques to identify trends, root causes, and optimization opportunities.
- Design and conduct experiments (e.g., DoE) to evaluate process variables and their effects.
- Create comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.




- Collaborate with operational teams to gather data requirements and validate model outputs.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial engineering with a focus on data analysis and simulation.
- Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, Python with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, SciPy) and simulation tools (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic).
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling , experimental design, and optimization techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills.
- Ability to work independently and communicate technical concepts clearly in a remote setting.
