LUSOMÉ is a Calgary-based sleep technology company creating clinically validated, innovative bedding and sleepwear designed to help people sleep cooler, drier and more comfortably. We sell direct to consumers across North America and through a rapidly growing network of retail and wholesale partners.

THE ROLE

We are looking for an Inside Sales Support & Fulfillment Coordinator who loves getting things done. This is a varied role combining wholesale sales support, order management, inventory and hands-on fulfillment. You will work closely with our sales team and retail partners to make sure orders, samples, account requirements and follow-ups happen accurately and on time.

You will also play an important role in our Calgary inventory and fulfillment operations, including picking, packing and shipping orders and samples. This role is ideal for someone who is exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, responsive and comfortable switching between a computer and a packing table.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Sales & Wholesale Support

Support our sales team, sales representatives and existing wholesale accounts with day-to-day needs.

Follow up on orders, samples, product information, promotions and outstanding account requirements.

Coordinate recent wholesale account onboarding and vendor documentation.

Maintain accurate account information in our CRM and internal systems.

Coordinate retailer portals, EDI requirements and account documentation.

Track open items and commitments to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.





Prepare sales reports and help identify reorders and account opportunities.

Coordinate approved samples, pricing, catalogues and sales materials.

Order Management & Fulfillment

Review purchase orders for correct SKUs, quantities, pricing, inventory and shipping instructions.

Process and manage wholesale and DTC orders through fulfillment.

Pick, verify, pack and ship products and samples accurately.

Generate shipping labels, packing slips and required documentation.

Coordinate courier and freight pickups.

Monitor open orders, backorders and shipping exceptions.

Resolve shipping discrepancies, shortages and delivery issues.

Ensure retailer-specific packaging, routing and labeling requirements are followed.

Inventory & Calgary Operations

Receive incoming inventory and verify quantities.

Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate discrepancies.

Conduct regular physical inventory counts.

Process returns, exchanges and replacement shipments.

Maintain an organized inventory and fulfillment area.

Ensure shipping and packing supplies are maintained.

Help improve fulfillment processes as our business grows.

WHAT YOU BRING

You are someone who takes ownership. If something needs to happen,



you follow it through rather than assuming someone else will.

2+ years of experience in sales support, wholesale administration, order management, fulfillment or a product-based business.

Exceptional attention to detail, particularly with SKUs, pricing, purchase orders and inventory.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational and follow-through skills.

Comfort working directly with sales representatives and retail customers.

Strong working knowledge of spreadsheets and business software.

Experience with Shopify, CRM systems, shipping platforms, retailer portals or EDI is an asset.

Ability to comfortably perform hands-on fulfillment, including packing orders, standing and moving product cartons.

A practical, proactive approach to solving problems.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Orders go out accurately and on time. Inventory is accurate. Samples and account requests don't get forgotten. Retail partners get what they need. The sales team can focus on growing the business because they know the execution behind them is handled.

Pay: $40,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
