An established Montreal-based textbook publisher is seeking an Inside Sales Representative with excellent English communication skills to help promote our new educational resources to schools and school boards across Canada and the United States.

This is a flexible, seasonal position, with most work completed remotely from home. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, comfortable communicating by phone and email, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective and existing clients, including schools and school boards, by phone and email.
- Introduce and promote new educational resources.
- Schedule virtual appointments for our sales representative.
- Update and maintain contact lists for schools and school boards across Canada and the United States.
- Research and identify relevant contacts and decision-makers.




- Follow up with prospective and existing clients as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of contacts, communications, and appointments.

Qualifications

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable making phone calls and communicating by email.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented with accurate data-entry and record-keeping abilities.
- Comfortable working independently from home.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
