Inspector Packer – Full time

Location: North York, ON

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Currently looking for reliable and detail-oriented Packers to join our manufacturing team.

- Night Shift: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM

Applicants must be available to work Monday to Friday, with the possibility of weekend work based on production requirements.

Responsibilities

- Inspect plastic bottles and containers for quality defects.
- Pack finished products according to customer specifications.
- Label, stack, and prepare finished products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all quality, safety, and GMP procedures.
- Report quality concerns to the Supervisor or Quality Department.
- Perform other general production duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.




- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Previous manufacturing experience is an asset but not required.

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting wage: Ontario minimum wage.
- After successfully completing the 6-month probation period and becoming a member of the Union, employees will receive:
- $1.00/hour wage increase
- Shift premium (where applicable)
- Company-paid benefits
- Union representation and benefits as outlined in the Collective Agreement.
