We are seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Auto and Personal Lines Advisor to join our office. The ideal candidate should have a minimum level of experience and a passion for providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service to our valued clients.
- Assist walk-in customers with the support of our experienced team.
- Handle ICBC transactions and learn about auto plans and personal lines.
- Monitor, process, and follow up on existing business office criteria.
- Observe the office environment and learn all aspects of daily business activities.

Required Skills:

- An active Level 1 & 2 general insurance license (minimum experience required).
- A positive attitude and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Punjabi is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Flexibility in job duties.
