Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic and experienced Insurance Broker to join our team. As an Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, assessing their insurance needs, and recommending appropriate policies to safeguard their assets and mitigate risks.

Responsibilities

- Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients to assess their insurance needs
- Generate quotes for clients based on their individual requirements
- Process insurance applications & endorsements accurately and efficiently
- Address client inquiries & concerns with speed, accuracy and professionalism to ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Adhering to underwriting guidelines with integrity
- Educate clients on various insurance products, coverage options, and policy terms.

Requirements:

- RIBO Level 1 or OTL is a must
- Minimum 1-2 years of insurance sales experience
- Basic skills in Microsoft office
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Punjabi & Hindi is an asset




- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to network and acquire current leads
