Job Title: Insurance Broker – Commission-Based

We are seeking a motivated and professional Insurance Broker to join our growing team in Stouffville. This is a commission-based opportunity offering flexible working arrangements, unlimited earning potential, and generous performance bonuses for brokers who achieve or exceed sales milestones.

Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective clients and assess their insurance needs
- Recommend suitable insurance products and coverage options
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, cold calling, and community outreach
- Prepare quotes and clearly explain policies to clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Follow up on leads, renewals, and sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate client records and comply with industry regulations

Qualifications:
- Valid insurance broker licence applicable to the products being sold
- Previous insurance or sales experience is preferred
- Strong communication, sales, and customer-service skills




- Self-motivated and comfortable working toward sales targets
- Able to work independently and manage leads effectively
- Professional, dependable, and trustworthy

Compensation and Bonuses: This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Compensation is based on individual sales performance. Generous performance bonuses are also awarded to brokers who reach or exceed established sales targets and milestones.
