- Lead PIC design and simulation efforts using FDTD tools
- Create architectures for low-loss silicon nitride devices
- Support optical characterization and assembly processes
- Publish and present research results collaboratively
- Manage packaging and evaluation of photonic devices Requirements:
- Ph.D. in relevant scientific disciplines received in last five years
- Extensive experience in photonics design and simulation tools
- Demonstrated ability in device layout design and optical testing
