Play a vital role in transforming the lives of children and families as an Early Childhood Assistant at the Child Development Institute. This part-time, on-site role emphasizes nurturing children’s development through structured learning and care. At the Wellesley Early Learning Centre, you will partner with an RECE to support the implementation of educational activities designed for young children.

Your responsibilities will include supervising children, maintaining safety, documenting observations, and fostering positive relationships with families. This collaborative environment encourages ongoing skilled growth. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise children and ensure a healthy, protected setting
- Organize and assist in program activities and transitions




- Document attendance and conduct regular headcount
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
- Communicate observations with the teaching team Requirements:
- Certification as Early Childhood Assistant, or similar experience
- Current Standard First Aid certification required
