We’re looking for a Prep Cook who takes pride in their craft, moves with urgency, and wants to be part of a kitchen that runs tight and has fun doing it.

What You'll Be Doing

- Preparing ingredients and assembling menu items according to our recipes and standards
- Following proper food safety and handling procedures (clean, organized, dialed-in kitchen always)
- Keeping your station spotless and service-ready
- Working alongside our chefs and line cooks to keep service smooth and efficient
- Supporting the team wherever needed — we win together
- Opening/Closing Duties including Cleaning & Dishes when necessary

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a professional kitchen or food service environment (preferred)
- Solid understanding of food prep techniques and kitchen flow
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Decent Knife Skills are a definite plus




- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality
- Strong attention to detail — our food has to look as good as it tastes
- A positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Some Flexibility with scheduling — daytime availability is required ( 10am start)
