Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled a Certified Automotive Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is a knowledgeable and reliable professional with a passion for automotive diagnostics and repair, who is eager to contribute to a collaborative and safe work workplace.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance, diagnoses, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, including passenger cars and light trucks.
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems and components, including engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, and suspension.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve complex vehicle issues.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and report on required maintenance and repairs.
- Review work orders and discuss work with the service advisor or manager.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all work performed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Certified Automotive Service Technician.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with modern diagnostic software and equipment.
- The ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting heavy objects.
