Leachmans Plumbing & Heating is under new management and entering an exciting new chapter of growth! We’re looking for experienced, skilled Licensed Plumbers who take pride in their work and want to build a long-term career with a company that values craftsmanship, reliability, and teamwork.
What You’ll Do:
· Perform hands-on plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance
· Mentor and train apprentices and junior technicians
· Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues and provide solutions
· Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, safety standards, and company procedures
· Coordinate with dispatch, project managers, and other trades to maintain schedules
· Inspect completed work to guarantee accuracy and quality
· Maintain records, reports, and time logs
· Represent the company professionally with customers and on job sites other duties as assigned
What You Bring:
· Licensed Journeyman Plumber
· 5 years plumbing experience, with leadership background an asset
· Strong technical skills in installation, diagnostics, and repair
· Experiance in Residential Serivce and/or New Construction
· Proven ability to manage jobs, junior techs and delegate effectively
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
· Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
· Ability to work in varying environments and perform physically demanding tasks
