The Role

We are looking for an entry-level Junior Estimator & Project Administrator to join our team in-office. This role is built for detail-minded people who like clearing tasks off their checklists. You will bridge the gap between pre-construction estimation and project execution, handling plan reviews, material takeoffs, and project administration, with a clear trajectory to grow into a full Estimator or Project Manager role.

Key Responsibilities

- Review architectural blueprints, specifications, and drawing packages to perform accurate quantity takeoffs.
- Prepare clear cost estimates and subtrade pricing breakdowns.
- Assist senior estimators and project managers with client communication, submittals, and change orders.
- Organize project documentation, shop drawings, and administrative workflows within small, collaborative project teams.

Qualifications & Requirements




- Some prior experience in the construction realm is mandatory.
- Background as an architectural technologist or a related construction/engineering discipline.
- Experience or familiarity within the architectural woodwork sector is a solid bonus.
- Proficiency with PDF markup and drawing review tools (e.g., Bluebeam Revu) and CAD software.
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and comfortable interpreting technical drawings.
- Direct, professional communication skills.
