Position Overview

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable team member to join our energetic team. This role involves customer service, food preparation, order fulfillment, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism. The ideal candidate is passionate about health, works well in a fast-paced environment, and thrives in a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service to all customers.
- Accurately prepare and pack orders for in-store, Uber Eats, and takeout customers.
- Handle and communicate allergy information with care and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment at all times.
- Support event activations, pop-ups, and off-site sampling initiatives when needed.
- Assist with bottling, labelling,



and product organization in the back of house.
- Follow company recipes, portion guidelines, and safety protocols.
- Support daily opening and closing duties.
- Work collaboratively with the team and communicate effectively with management.
- Uphold Drink Juice Co.’s brand standards and commitment to wellness and quality.

Qualifications & Skills

- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or retail preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and a positive team player.
- Interest in health and wellness is an asset.
- Must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends and events.
