Duties

- Support senior stylists by preparing workstations, sterilizing tools, and assisting during styling services
- Greet clients at the front desk, schedule appointments, and manage check-ins to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Learn and perform hair styling techniques under supervision
- Provide excellent customer service by listening to client needs and offering product recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the salon to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff




- Assist with retail sales by promoting hair care products and explaining their benefits to clients
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by communicating effectively with colleagues and supporting daily operations

Experience

- Enthusiasm for the beauty industry with a desire to learn hair styling techniques and customer service skills
- Strong communication skills to connect confidently with clients and team members
- Previous experience in retail sales or front desk roles is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to follow sanitation protocols diligently and maintain a clean work environment
- A proactive attitude with eagerness to develop professionally in a creative setting
- No prior professional experience necessary—this role is designed for motivated beginners ready to grow into skilled stylists
