Join our vibrant entertainment venue as a Karaoke Bar Supervisor. In this dynamic role, you will oversee the smooth operation of the karaoke bar, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage food and beverage service with enthusiasm. Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and attentive service throughout their visit
- Oversee the karaoke experience, assisting guests with song selections and ensuring equipment functions properly
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering and balancing registers at shift’s end
- Maintain a clean, organized bar area in compliance with sanitation and food handling regulations




- Candidates will be expected to perform simple kitchen work, such as frying and other light cooking task
- Monitor guest feedback and resolve any issues swiftly to uphold excellent guest services and hospitality standardsExperience

Requirements

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or bubble tea place is preferred but not necessary
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and basic math for cash handling and transactions
- Must being fluent in English. (Chinese is a bonus)
- Ability to work flexible hours (4:30 PM - 2:30 AM), including evenings, weekends

Part-time works 15 - 20 hours weekly and full-time works 140 - 150 hours monthly Pay: From $3,800.00 per month
