Requirements





- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within the food service or hospitality industry
- Demonstrated supervising or team management experience in a kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with colleagues and management
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is highly desirable; bartending or serving experience is a plus
