Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and assist with meal preparation to ensure timely service
- Maintain high standards of food handling, cleanliness, and hygiene in accordance with food safety regulations
- Support cooking processes by following recipes and instructions from senior kitchen staff
- Serve food efficiently and courteously to guests or team members in a fast-paced environment
- Assist with cleaning kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations to uphold sanitation standards




- Help manage stock levels by organizing supplies and notifying management of shortages
- Follow all health and safety procedures to create a safe working environment for everyone

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Familiarity with food preparation, cooking techniques, and basic kitchen operations
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling of ingredients
- Experience working in the food industry or hospitality sector is highly advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Solid teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards learning and growth
