Responsibilities

- Assist with food preparation and cooking to support chefs and kitchen managers in delivering delicious meals efficiently
- Handle food safely by following proper hygiene, storage, and sanitation procedures in accordance with food safety regulations
- Prepare ingredients, assemble dishes, and ensure all items are ready for service in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts to uphold health standards
- Support serving staff by ensuring timely delivery of prepared dishes and managing order accuracy




- Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, equipment use, and workspace organization
- Contribute positively to team efforts by communicating effectively and supporting a cooperative kitchen environment

Experience

- Prior experience working in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are highly valued
- Basic cooking skills and familiarity with meal preparation techniques are advantageous
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards is beneficial
- Experience in the food industry demonstrates an understanding of fast-paced work environments and customer service expectations
- Previous kitchen experience helps in quickly adapting to the workflow and maintaining high-quality standards
