About the Role:

Osler Bluff Ski Club, a private ski club nestled near Georgian Bay, is partnering with the Food Dudes, one of Toronto’s top caterers, to provide an elevated clubhouse experience. We are seeking Kitchen Support team members who are passionate about hospitality and ensuring high-quality meals are delivered to club members and guests throughout the season.

This role will receive pay plus tips.

Responsibilities:

- Support chefs with ingredient preparation by washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning menu items.
- Assist in assembling dishes for daily service and club events.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including proper waste disposal, recycling and ensuring equipment is properly cleaned.
- Help receive, unpack, and store food supplies and ingredients in the kitchen.
- Follow all food safety and health regulations.
- Ensure personal hygiene and kitchen cleanliness is maintained at all times.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the kitchen manager.
- Assist with breakdown and cleaning of kitchen stations after events or regular service.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or catering environment is an asset.




- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Food Handling Certification required.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and work standing for extended periods.
