Nous recherchons un ou une technicien(ne) en audiométrie pour un rôle hybride, partagé entre le travail de précision en laboratoire et l'exécution sur le terrain chez nos clients industriels. Aucune expérience en audiologie n'est exigée : les deux certifications requises sont fournies et payées par ODYO.

Responsabilités :

- Réaliser des dépistages audiométriques directement chez nos clients industriels
- Prendre les empreintes et ajuster les protections auditives moulées sur mesure
- Fabriquer, finir et réparer les protections auditives en laboratoire
- Assurer la qualité et la précision de chaque pièce produite
- Agir comme point de contact professionnel auprès des travailleurs et des gestionnaires sur les sites clients
- Produire les rapports de visite dans notre système de façon rigoureuse et à temps
- Signaler les écarts constatés sur le terrain : travailleurs absents, données manquantes, anomalies
- Tenir les dossiers de santé avec une confidentialité absolue
- Planifier et gérer vos déplacements de façon autonome
- Maintenir l'inventaire, le matériel et l'équipement en bon état
- Participer à l'amélioration continue de nos méthodes de dépistage et de fabrication
- Représenter ODYO avec professionnalisme dans des environnements industriels et corporatifs

Qualifications :

- Diplôme d'études secondaires avec une qualification additionnelle pertinente pour le poste
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale, en français et en anglais
- Dextérité manuelle démontrée et goût pour le travail de précision
- Autonomie réelle : capacité à organiser vos journées, vos déplacements et vos priorités sans supervision constante
- Fiabilité et ponctualité irréprochables : arriver à l'heure avec le bon équipement fait partie du travail
- Disponibilité pour des horaires variables selon les quarts de travail de nos clients : certaines journées débutent à 5 h, d'autres se terminent à 23 h
- Capacité à maintenir la confidentialité et à faire preuve de discrétion avec des données de santé




- Grande attention aux détails et précision
- Aisance dans les environnements industriels et respect rigoureux des consignes de sécurité
- Image professionnelle soignée, adaptée autant à une usine qu'à un bureau de direction
- Aptitude à apprendre de nouveaux outils, logiciels et méthodes de travail
- Permis de conduire valide
- Bonne capacité physique pour le transport et l'installation de l'équipement de dépistage

Audiometric Technician — Field and Laboratory

About us: Since 2012, ODYO has made hearing health accessible through the mobility of its service, partner audiology clinics, and technology. We are looking for an Audiometric Technician for a hybrid role, split between precision work in the laboratory and hands-on execution in the field at our industrial client sites. No audiology experience is required: both certifications are provided and paid for by ODYO.

Responsibilities:

- Perform audiometric screenings directly at our industrial client sites
- Take impressions and fit custom-molded hearing protection
- Manufacture, finish and repair acrylic hearing protection in the laboratory
- Ensure the quality and precision of every piece produced




- Act as the professional point of contact for workers and managers on client sites
- Produce visit reports in our system (Salis), rigorously and on time
- Flag discrepancies observed in the field: absent workers, missing data, anomalies
- Handle health records with absolute confidentiality
- Plan and manage your own travel independently
- Maintain inventory, materials and equipment in good working order
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our screening and manufacturing methods
- Represent ODYO professionally in both industrial and corporate environments

Qualifications:

- High school diploma with additional qualifications relevant to the role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both French and English
- Demonstrated manual dexterity and a taste for precision work
- Real autonomy: able to organize your days, your travel and your priorities without constant supervision
- Impeccable reliability and punctuality: showing up on time with the right equipment is part of the job
- Availability for variable schedules based on our clients' shift work: some days start at 5:00 a.m., others end at 11:00 p.m.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with health data
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfort in industrial environments and strict adherence to safety procedures
- Polished professional presence, suited to a plant floor as much as to a management office
- Quick to learn new tools, software and working methods
- Valid driver's licence
- Good physical capacity for transporting and setting up screening equipment
- Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
