New Earth Landscaping is looking for an experienced Landscape Construction Crew Lead to run residential and commercial landscape construction projects in Edmonton and surrounding areas.
This is not a lawn maintenance position. We are looking for someone with hands-on construction experience who can confidently lead a crew and deliver high-quality work.
What You'll Do
- Lead a landscape construction crew on-site
- Build and oversee paver patios, retaining walls, decks, fences, grading and full yard projects
- Read plans, complete layouts and ensure work is built accurately
- Coordinate daily crew tasks and keep projects moving efficiently
- Monitor workmanship, materials and job progress
- Communicate professionally with clients and management
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe jobsite
- Train and support crew members when needed
- Identify problems early and help find practical solutions
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of landscape/hardscape construction experience
- Previous crew lead, foreman or leadership experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of base preparation, grading, drainage and hardscape installation
- Ability to confidently lead and organize a crew
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
- Equipment experience is an asset, including skid steer, compactors, cut-off saws and laser levels
