Duties

- Operate heavy machinery such as excavators to prepare sites for planting, construction, or renovation projects.
- Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure efficient water distribution across landscaped areas.
- Perform gardening tasks including planting, pruning, mowing, and fertilizing to keep landscapes lush and healthy.
- Apply horticultural principles to select appropriate plants, troubleshoot plant health issues, and ensure sustainable growth.
- Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as edging, mulching, aerating, and weed control to keep outdoor spaces pristine.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for tasks like trimming, digging, and soil preparation.
- Assist with construction projects involving landscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, or water features.




- Perform routine mechanical checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to plan project layouts and execute landscaping designs efficiently.

Experience

- Proven experience operating construction equipment such as excavators or similar machinery is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of irrigation systems installation and maintenance techniques.
- Hands-on gardening and horticulture experience with a solid understanding of plant care and landscape design principles.
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices including mowing, pruning, fertilizing, and pest control.
- Mechanical knowledge related to the upkeep of power tools and landscaping machinery.
- Prior construction experience involving outdoor projects or site preparation is a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards at all times.
