Duties

- Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring safety and client satisfaction
- Consult with clients to understand their desired lash styles and recommend suitable enhancements
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and aftercare instructions
- Assist at the front desk by scheduling appointments, managing client check-ins, and processing payments
- Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance client experience and increase revenue
- Build lasting relationships with clients through personalized care and professional communication

Skills

- Proven experience in applying eyelash extensions with attention to detail and quality
- Strong retail sales skills to confidently recommend products and services
- Excellent customer service abilities to create a welcoming atmosphere for all clients




- Effective communication skills for clear consultations and team collaboration
- Ability to multitask efficiently at the front desk while maintaining a positive attitude
- Knowledge of health and safety protocols related to eyelash extension application
