Do you have what it takes?

- Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience performing medical aesthetic treatments in a clinical setting
- Proven experience operating medical-grade laser devices (beyond laser hair removal)
- Previous Fotona Laser Training/Certification and Experience (Ideal)




- Certification/diploma in Medical Aesthetics,
- Strong consultation skills with ability to assess, recommend, and upsell treatments ethically
- Demonstrated retail performance and client retention
- Retail Experience (Required)
- Outstanding communication and client rapport (Required)
- Possess a professional demeanor, polished and poised in appearance
- Robust Assets:
- Experience with advanced laser platforms (e.g., Fotona, IPL, resurfacing, vascular/pigmentation treatments)
- Experience with skin treatments (chemical peels, facials, advanced protocols)

Responsibilities:

- Provide five-star holistic, ethical, and integral care to our dedicated patients
- Be compassionate and understanding to facilitate comfortable and calm treatment
- Own responsibility for performing medical aesthetic services on completion of training
- Demonstrate the ability to safely operate and maintain equipment within safety standards and policies post-training
- Maintain service and retail knowledge and provide clients with valuable recommendations and education
- Show administrative duties to ensure the patient's appointment needs and expectations are achieved
- Maintain adequate stock, inventory, and room preparation to provide an effortless flow of patient treatments
- Allow for a flexible schedule to accommodate patient and clinic needs
- Work effectively both independently and in a team




- Possess the eagerness to build and grow a business
- Participate in promotional and educational events
- Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality

This role is not suitable for candidates who:

- Are currently in school or have not yet graduated
- Have experience limited to laser hair removal only
- Are looking for a training-first or entry-level prospect

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
