Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers in the design and development of electrical systems and products.
- Define and enforce electrical design standards and best practices across projects.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of electrical engineering projects, from conceptualization to deployment.
- Collaborate with product management, hardware, software, and firmware teams to define project requirements and timelines.

Requirements

- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role .
- Demonstrated expertise in complex system design, including power electronics, embedded systems, and signal processing.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and guide engineering teams effectively.
- Experience with simulation tools and advanced debugging techniques.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and remote team management skills.
