Drive vital habitat restoration efforts as the Habitat Restoration Manager with the Nature Conservancy of Canada. This hybrid role, based in Norfolk County, emphasizes collaboration and impact on biodiversity. This full time position is crucial to managing landscape-scale restoration projects while overseeing invasive species control initiatives.

You will work closely with external partners, NGOs, and landowners to achieve conservation goals and provide guidance on effective management strategies that enhance ecosystem resilience and connectivity across Ontario. Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement invasive species control and restoration programs
- Assist staff with conservation efforts across Ontario
- Fulfill commitments to government and agency contracts




- Foster support and communication among stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with environmental policies and permits Requirements:
- Degree in biology, ecology, or resource management with 5+ years' experience
- Hands-on experience with habitat restoration and invasive species control
- Effective leadership and management skills for complex projects
- Ability to work with rural communities and agricultural stakeholders
