About the Role

Our client, a progressive Recruitment Consultancy , is looking for an experienced Lead Resourcer to guide their sourcing efforts for Sales & Marketing roles in the Kimberley region. This role is pivotal in ensuring the continuous supply of high-caliber sales and marketing professionals to their clients across the Northern Cape . You will lead a small team of resourcers, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and work closely with consultants to identify and engage top talent. This is a fantastic prospect to take on a leadership role in a supportive and growing recruitment firm.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of recruitment resourcers, setting performance targets and providing guidance.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies for sales and marketing talent.
- Utilize advanced search techniques across multiple platforms, including social media and professional networks.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for key sales and marketing functions.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and effectively present suitable candidates to consultants.




- Ensure data integrity and accurate record-keeping within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment sourcing or resourcing , with experience in leading small teams.
- Proven expertise in sourcing candidates for Sales and Marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of different sales methodologies and marketing disciplines.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
- Familiarity with the job market in Kimberley and the surrounding areas is advantageous.
- Proficiency with ATS and various recruitment technology tools.
