- Manage talent acquisition for faculty and administrative positions
- Develop and support employee benefits and pension programs
- Continuously improve compensation structures and practices
- Evaluate recruitment processes for maximum efficiency
- Engage in strategic workforce planning initiatives Requirements:
- 5–7 years of relevant HR experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar
- Active CHRP or CHRL certification required
- Expertise in compliance with Ontario HR legislation
