We are looking for a Team Lead with cleaning experience, to join our residential cleaning company.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning processes
- Ensure time is allocated in a clients home and all areas are cleaned to a high standard
- Perform routine inspection to identify areas for improvement
- Report any health and safety concerns to management
- Respond to cleaning emergencies, such as spills and accidents
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a clean and safe work environment
- Perform cleaning and maintaining homes while working in a team environment

Requirements:

- At least 1-2 years of experience
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and positive attitude - NO DRAMA
- Knowledge of our cleaning products, and procedures




- Ability to communicate with clients and team
- Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Availability to work flexible hours - Monday to Friday 8:30-3:00/5:00pm
- Reliable transportation- Must have a vehicle
- POLICE SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED
- *First Aid Required (can schedule course)
- Physical capable of lifting 30lbs
- Attention to detail

The ideal candidate has a flexible schedule and reliable transportation, which is needed to travel between houses. Hiring for Airdrie and surrounding areas.

Job Types: Full-time, Part time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
