Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

The HVAC Installer will ensure that all installations meet safety standards and client specifications, contributing to the comfort and safety of our customers.

Duties

- Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation units according to schematics and manufacturer instructions
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure proper installation procedures
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on existing HVAC systems as needed
- Work with plumbing, welding, and mechanical components during installation processes
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to assemble and connect ductwork, piping, and electrical wiring
- Conduct system testing to verify proper operation post-installation
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations




- Maintain a clean and organized work environment during and after installations

Qualifications

- Proven experience in HVAC installation or related mechanical fields such as plumbing, appliance repair, or construction
- Knowledge of schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams relevant to HVAC systems
- Mechanical knowledge with experience in welding, boiler systems, or general maintenance is highly desirable
- Robust understanding of HVAC principles and system components
- Mechanic experience or background in appliance repair is a plus
- Ability to work with construction tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license preferred for travel between job sites
- Prior experience working with schematics and technical manuals is advantageous

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
