You responsibilities In this role, you will:

- Identify and connect with individuals interested in leadership, learning and personal development
- Use digital marketing and relationship-building strategies to attract and engage with suitable candidates
- Lead genuine, consultative conversations to understand people’s goals and aspirations
- Introduce individuals to development programs, frameworks and alternative pathways that may support their growth
- Help people explore new perspectives around leadership, career direction,



success and life
- Follow a structured process while bringing your own experience, judgement and communication style
- Participate in ongoing leadership, mindset, marketing and professional training and development
- Manage your own activity, conversations and outcomes with initiative and accountability
- Lead alongside others while continuing to expand your own capability, confidence and influence

You will receive training, guidance and established systems to support you, as many of the skills required can be learned. What matters is your ability to connect with people, build trust, communicate authentically and take ownership of your results.

Your experience and contributions

There is no single, cookie-cutter background for this role. We value the insight, experience and transferable skills that different professional and life paths can bring.

You may come from leadership, learning and development, human resources, recruitment, education, coaching, consulting, sales, marketing, business development, account management, customer experience, operations or another people-focused profession.

This will be ideal for you if you are ready to work more independently with greater freedom and choice over how you work, when you work and who you work with. To have autonomy, along with access to professional support and guidance, to build and grow professionally and personally, and have the results to prove it.

You are likely to be someone who:

- Has at least 10 years of professional experience
- Is open-minded, curious and genuinely willing to keep learning
- Wants to use their experience to help others grow
- Communicates confidently and professionally in English
- Builds trust and rapport through empathy,



authenticity and thoughtful questions
- Is comfortable connecting with people by phone, video and digital platforms
- Can work independently without needing to be constantly directed
- Demonstrates initiative, personal responsibility and accountability
- Is willing to learn contemporary marketing and client-engagement approaches
- Values meaningful contribution as well as personal and financial growth
- Is ready to build a more expansive future for themselves and help others do the same
