Our Waterloo office focuses on delivering an enjoyable and supportive housing experience, and we are currently seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team.

Position Overview

As a Leasing Specialist (Leasing Agent), you will play a key role in ensuring a positive rental experience for prospective tenants and current tenants. Reporting directly to the Property Manager, you will help drive leasing success through excellent customer service, effective communication, and a proactive team-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with prospective and existing tenants in person, virtually, and over the phone.
- Present and explain building features, amenities, the benefits of our location and surrounding convenience’s clearly and confidently.
- Schedule and conduct both in-person and virtual unit viewings.
- Guide applicants through the complete rental process — from inquiry and all the way to full lease completion.




- Assist with general office duties and support the leasing and management team as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends (hours vary by season).
- Previous experience in leasing, sales or customer service is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable, professional, and motivated with a solid work ethic.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
