With 3-5 years of experience, you'll assist in document preparation and facilitate inter-departmental collaboration. Your expertise in contract law and technology will be pivotal in maintaining legal files and managing contracts efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries
- Coordinate with clients and suppliers on documents
- Update policies and procedures as necessary
- Maintain contract template library
- Assist in interpreting contractual obligations Requirements:
- DEC in Paralegal Technology or equivalent
- 3-5 years in a similar legal role
- Knowledge of commercial practices in Quebec
- Strong proficiency in French and solid English skills
