Damascus Fine Mediterranean Foods is excited to welcome new Line Cooks to our growing kitchen team.

We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy working with food, take pride in what they prepare, and work well as part of a team. Experience with Levantine or Middle Eastern cuisine is especially valued, as our kitchen focuses on authentic flavours and traditional dishes.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Prepare and cook menu items according to our recipes and quality standards.
- Help ensure food is prepared consistently, efficiently, and with care.
- Keep your workstation clean, organized, and properly stocked.
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Work closely with other kitchen team members during busy service periods.
- Assist with food preparation and other kitchen duties as needed.
- Help create a positive and cooperative kitchen environment.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous Line Cook or similar kitchen experience.
- Experience with Levantine, Arabic, or Middle Eastern cuisine is strongly preferred.
- Arabic language skills are strongly preferred, as Arabic is commonly used for day-to-day communication within our kitchen team.




- Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.
- Good understanding of kitchen cleanliness and food safety.
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and busy service periods as required.
