Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality, consistency, and safety standards
- Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
- Support the team during busy service periods by managing multiple orders smoothly
- Follow all food safety regulations and procedures to uphold health standards





Qualifications

- Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food handling safety practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety standards
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with restaurant operations or kitchen experience in the food industry is a plus
