Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Cook menu items with precision, managing multiple orders efficiently during busy service times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols.
- Assist in food handling processes, including portioning, plating, and garnishing dishes for optimal presentation.
- Support the kitchen team by completing prep work such as chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and stocking supplies.




- Follow all food safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to deliver excellent food service experiences for guests.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key!
