Duties

- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards

- Ensure food safety and sanitation protocols are strictly followed at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
- Serve food promptly to guests, ensuring accuracy and presentation excellence
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and storage

Skills





- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a line cook in a restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent understanding of meal preparation and food service procedures
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Knowledge of the food industry trends and best practices in kitchen operations
- Experience with serving guests and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
