Western Line Locators is currently seeking an experienced Full-Time Line Locator to join our team.

We are a small, busy line locating company providing services to established clients in the oil and gas industry. We are looking for an experienced individual who is dependable, safety-focused, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field.

Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Safely and accurately locating underground lines and utilities
- Independently completing assigned line locating work
- Safely operating a company truck and trailer to transport equipment and materials to job sites
- Accurately completing all required mapping, documentation, and paperwork in a timely manner
- Following company and client safety procedures at all times
- Communicating professionally with clients, landowners, contractors, and team members
- Working outdoors in a variety of weather and field conditions
- Working extended hours when required during peak periods

Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5 years of line locating experience is required.

Applicants must also have





- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
- Clean driver's abstract
- Line Locating Certification
- Current H₂S certification
- Current First Aid certification
- Experience and knowledge using Aba Data
- Strong knowledge of oilfield LSD locations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage workload and complete assignments independently
- Strong commitment to workplace and field safety
